I dealt with Mick about as it turned out a redundant magnetic stop relay which had failed. He solved a massive problem to my company in supplying the next generation replacement for our machine. His attitude and ability to deliver is second to none. Definitely my go to man. I really depend on that sort of service to get through my day.
Great Company, Amazing Staff
My pub business has to come to rely on our little vac pack machine in the last couple of years, so much so that you can’t remember how you survived without it, so when ours broke down we were somewhat lost. After calling our usual engineers and being told this was not their department we thankfully found first food with a quick internet search. They advised me that it would be best if I came to them so as to avoid adding cost (very refreshing honesty) and they soon had my machine up and running whilst also providing a very welcome cup of coffee after a long drive. Mick and Chris were fantastic and so pleasant as was John who I dealt with on the phone with my initial enquiry, they also sent me on my way with some spares, can’t fault this company and can’t recommend them highly enough.
Mixer Grinder Repair To None
We had arranged for our Mixer Grinder to undergo a bit of a repair / refurbish to replace a couple of seal which it was evident wasn't an easy job. There was to be no time pressure as we had a spare but within 24hrs our spare was out of action. The guys from First Food machinery pulled it out of the bag. First they got us a loan machine to us same day and within another 48hrs our machine was back with us. Brilliant service and all great people to deal with. We wouldn't use anyone else.
