The Italian Pack Oceania tray sealer is a is a semi-automated tray packing machine. These machines are designed for a wide range of applications within the food industry. The high quality materials and attention to detail make for a highly reliable machine for maximum packaging accuracy.

The Italian Pack Oceania tray sealer features a 7" Omron touch screen control panel with 65000 colours and an integrated machine trolley on castor wheels. These machines are known for their compact design, competitive pricing and low operating costs.

The PLC touch screen comes with colour display, USB port/Ethernet, 99 packaging programs, language selection, integrated temperature control, menu driven MAP parameters.

The die-changes require no tools and can be changed over within 2 minutes.  

Auto film rewinding is standard on these machines. The waste film is automatically rewound and comes with programmable film advance. This leads to significant film waste reduction.

The Italian Pack Oceania tray sealer can be used for the following types of tray packing:

• Seal Only (top seal only)
• MAP Gas Flushing
• Skin Packing
